Marketing executive

Purpose of role: winmasters is a fast growth international online gaming company, seeking a curious and agile Marketing Executive with orientation to digital marketing, to establish and foster relationships with internal and external business partners (communication agencies, affiliates), develop, implement, track and optimize our marketing campaigns across all channels.

He/She should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Marketing executive will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as developers/graphic designers), and partners to launch campaigns on time and on budget. The Marketing executive will report to the Country Manager.

A degree in marketing or a related field is essential for this position. At least three years of experience in a direct marketing-related position and/or e-business is also essential.

Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, supervise all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Planning and implementing successful activities in cooperation with key affiliates
• Expand affiliate network
• Negotiations for improving deals on digital, in terms of performance and finance terms
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Monitor quantitative and qualitative characteristics of traffic coming from each channel of communication
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Align with R&F when occurs policy issues with affiliate customers
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Analyze behavior flow in order to spot areas for improvement
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Work closely with CRM team to define marketing strategies for CRM and retention activities on customers
• Create marketing concepts and execute effective marketing campaigns to enhance the customer experience, maximize activity to generate return on investment and increase customer lifetime value
• Coordinate with local marketing managers from other Markets for sharing best practice and create economies of scales
• Monitor target markets and competitors

Profile
• University Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration (specialization in digital marketing preferably)
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Excellent reporting & analytical skills
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Seniority to comprehend the complexities of an online B2C product
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbally)
