AdCity is looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join our team!

In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of our clients’ accounts, from coordinating marketing and advertising plans to managing campaigns and ensuring deadlines are met and briefs are executed to the highest standard.

Primary Responsibilities
• Assist in the day-to-day coordination of client accounts
• Support the development and execution of marketing and advertising plans
• Help track campaign performance and ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams
• Manage deadlines and ensure projects are on brief and on budget
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas that add value
• Prepare reports and presentation materials when needed

Additional Responsibilities
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both internally and externally
• Show strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Collaborate closely with multiple teams and handle challenges with a positive attitude

Qualifications
• University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and understanding of basic marketing principles
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for branding, creativity and client service
