CLIENT SERVICE DIRECTOR

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Manage accounts independently on a day-to-day basis
• Develop marketing/advertising planning for clients and monitor execution and performance
• Deliver strategic insights that will help clients grow their services and brands
• Manage client expectations at all times to foster effectiveness and productivity
• Maintain regular client contact at product manager level and become an integral part of the client team, ensuring the client is updated and briefed on all relevant account activity
• Meet and manage all client deadlines
• Effectively lead internal meetings, make important and relevant contributions, and generate workable conclusions
• Keep senior management briefed on account activities

Additional Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and professionally, both internally and externally
• Demonstrate good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate ability to set priorities while handling multiple projects, and delegate work appropriately

Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Public Relations
• At least 3 years of previous experience in the advertising/marketing field
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Well-developed knowledge of business practices and client relations
